Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love what you order from Heirloom Fiber Co. Please read the policy below before starting a return.

Return Eligibility (Non-Consignment Items)

We accept returns on non-consignment products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (where applicable)

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

If an item shows signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery, we may not be able to accept the return.

Consignment Items Are Final Sale

All consignment/destash items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@heirloomfiberco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)

If your return is approved, we’ll reply with next steps and the return address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or an item arrives damaged.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage (including packaging, if possible)

We’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
