Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Toronto, Ontario and pack every order with care. Below is what to expect when you place an order with Heirloom Fiber Co.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, restocks, and promotions, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (when available).
Where We Ship
Canada: We ship Canada-wide.
International: We currently ship internationally to select countries. Duties, taxes, and any import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, email us at hello@heirloomfiberco.com.
Shipping Rates
Canada: We offer free delivery for orders over $150 and flat-rate $12.99 delivery for orders under $149. We also have local pickup and delivery options available within the GTA.
International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. If you have any shipping questions before ordering, email hello@heirloomfiberco.com and we’ll help.
Delivery Times (Estimated)
Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Typical estimates:
Ontario / GTA: [1–3] business days after shipping
Major Canadian cities: [2–7] business days after shipping
Remote locations: may take longer
These are estimates and may vary due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in the west end of Toronto when selected at checkout. You’ll receive pickup instructions once your order is ready.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, or your shipment appears stuck in transit, contact us at hello@heirloomfiberco.com with your order number and we’ll help.
Heirloom Fiber Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or customs processing (for international shipments). If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once return postage is paid.
Packaging
We do our best to use protective packaging that keeps your yarn and tools safe in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
